I Will Be With You — A Moment on Holy Ground

There are times in life when we are searching for direction, peace, or reassurance. We pray, we wait, and sometimes we still do not see the full picture. Yet in those moments, Yahuah often meets us in ways we do not expect.

In Exodus 3, Moses encountered Yahuah in a way that would forever change his life. While tending sheep, he noticed a bush that was on fire, yet not being consumed. This was not just a miracle — it was a message.

The fire represented the holiness and power of Yahuah.
The bush represented something ordinary.
And the fact that it was not destroyed revealed a powerful truth:
Yahuah’s presence does not destroy what He inhabits — it sustains it.

Moses was told to remove his sandals because he was standing on holy ground. Not because the dirt itself was special, but because Yahuah was present. Wherever Yahuah shows up, that place becomes holy.

When Moses asked who he should say had sent him, Yahuah replied:

“I AM THAT I AM.”
(Exodus 3:14)

This statement is more than a name. It reveals a Mighty One who is always present, faithful, and unchanging One who will be exactly what His people need Him to be, when they need Him.

Moses was not given all the details of how things would unfold. He was given something greater  a promise.

“I will be with you.”

That promise is still true today. When we do not know the outcome, we can still trust the One who walks with us. Faith is not about seeing the end of the road; it is about trusting the One who guides each step.

Marsha Beasley

Shalom! I’m Marsha. I’m so glad to see you. Who I am? Let’s see. I am a proud native of Oklahoma where I have lived my entire life. I’ve worked as a Supervisor with Cox Business since 1983 to the present day. I am a mother to my daughter, Maresha (her name is like mine with an extra “e’ in the middle), grandmother to Kameron and Kayson. The Earth Connect was birthed a decade ago as I began to notice the many chemicals added to basic, everyday cosmetics. This inspired me to explore natural alternatives in order to use chemical-free products. I started gardening as a hobby in 2020 and fell in love with it and grew some amazing products that I’ve enjoyed year over year. Now I am entering my fourth gardening year, and I am going to take you on the journey as I grow in 2023. As a result of my love for growing my own food, I started a one product seasonal seasoning called A Better Seasoning Blend from herbs grown in my garden.
