For many years, she received the title of being affectionately known as “The Voice of Oklahoma City” throughout the duration of her time in radio.

She inherited a beautiful gift from her late mother Margaret Marie Beasley and oh what a precious gift it is even to this day.  Her mother’s voice and sentiments can be seen through her in everything that she does.  Prior to her twenty-five year ministry in public broadcasting, she performed recitations, readings, and narrations at different civic events upon request.
